To begin trading on Tradez, you need to create an account. Signing up is simple, and only requires the following:

  • Email address
  • Username
  • Secure password

Before making a trade, you must verify your email and provide item details, along with your shipping information (name, address, phone number).

After setting up your account, you can manage your profile and customize your settings in the "Account" section once logged in.

Here's how the trading process works:

  1. Create an account or sign in.
  2. Search for another user and set up the trade.
  3. Provide item details and pictures, select shipping sizes, and upload your information.
  4. When both parties accept the trade, ship your item to our warehouse using the provided label.
  5. We verify the authenticity of each item and ship the traded goods to their new owners.
  6. Receive your new items and enjoy!

Tradez follows strict policies to ensure a smooth trading process. Please review our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for detailed guidelines.

Key points to remember:

  • Users are responsible for paying transaction fees.
  • Shipping labels are provided by Tradez through ShipEngine, and items must be shipped to our warehouse for verification.
  • Once verified, your new items will be shipped directly to you.
  • We do not condone the exchange of illegal items, and any violations will result in account suspension.

We act as a middleman to protect users from scams by verifying users' items before the trade is shipped. It's a very quick process.
